Course Objectives: 
Understanding the causes of conflict, recognizing communication conflicts and discussing solutions, to be able to apply conflict coping strategies, to increase technical skills and awareness on issues such as peacekeeping, reconciliation, peace, and collective decision-making.
Course Content: 
Causes, emergence, management and resolution of conflict; decision-making, reconciliation, peacekeeping and post-conflict peacekeeping and maintenance issues, examples, important concepts and techniques, applications.
