Course Objectives: 
To recognize the concepts related to art and to prepare activities to develop artistic skills in individuals with special needs.
Course Content: 

Basic concepts of artistic skills; line development in child during normal development process, characteristics of line development; line development and characteristics in children with special educational needs; teaching methods that can be used in the teaching of artistic skills (painting-work); adapting the teaching methods that can be used in the teaching of artistic skills (painting-work) to students in need of special education; teaching of different artistic skills: painting with watercolor, cutting with scissors, printing, spraying, origami and wax works, making masks, puppets and wristbands; developing a measurement tool to evaluate and gain artistic skills in children; preparing teaching plans; teaching application examples development and application.
