Course Objectives: 
To follow the current technological developments in education and to design the teaching materials specific to the field with the right learning approaches by using the tools and equipments belonging to these innovations.
Course Content: 

Information technology in education; classification of teaching process and teaching techniques; theoretical approaches to instructional technologies; new trends in learning approaches; new literacy; instructional technologies a tool and material; design of instructional materials; designing thematic teaching materials; creating domain-specific learning object warehouse, instructional material evaluation criteria.
