Course Objectives: 
To understand the pathological conditions after trauma, to understand and to treat them
Course Content: 

The definition, scope and types of trauma (natural disasters, traumas created by man, trauma by proxy, secondary trauma, etc.); reactions seen in children, adolescents and adults after trauma, and factors affecting the individual, family and social consequences of the trauma experience, the cause of the trauma possible psychological disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder, acute stress disorder, etc.); the trauma approaches and intervention methods to prevent adverse effects caused by people; the state policies related to the trauma and the law to be taken into account when working with the trauma victim the qualifications and qualifications of psychological counselors who will work with people who are exposed to trauma.
