Course Objectives:
To enable students to comprehend the scope and objectives of evaluating the individual, to select and apply valid and reliable techniques suitable for the purpose, to score, interpret and report the applied test and non-test techniques.
Course Content:
Individual differences and the importance of evaluating individuals; tools and methods for individual recognition and evaluation process, use of evaluation results in line with ethical principles; basic information about psychodrama, sociodrama, teamwork, observation, interview, sociometry, social atom, case study, autobiography, questionnaire, inventory, problem scanning list techniques.
