Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to help students to gain necessary knowledge and skills regarding supervision approaches and models; interventions; methods and techniques; supervision process; supervision relationship; role and responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees; multicultural issues; ethical ve legal issues; assessement and evaluation; process and outcome research for an effective supervision process.
Course Content: 

Introduction to Field of Counseling Supervision, Definition and Basic Concepts of Supervision, Supervision Models, Supervision Interventions, Methods and Techniques, Supervisory Relationship, Role and Responsibilities of Supervisor and Supervisees, Multicultural Issues; Ethical and Legal Issues in Supervision, Assessment and Evaluation Process in Supervision, Process and Outcome Research in Supervision
