Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to make students aware of the importance of recognizing the child and to use the techniques to recognize the child effectively.
Course Content: 

The purpose and importance of recognizing the child; recognition of children from different perspectives, principles of recognition of children, techniques and features used in recognizing children (observation, event registration, individual interview, home visits); tests used in early childhood (development tests, projective tests, intelligence tests); recognition through play and painting; portfolio (development file) and documentation.

Course Methodology:
