Course Objectives: 
Aims to enhance learners’ understanding of the hidden curriculum. Learners are aimed to find out benefits and limitations of extracurricular activities as they investigate range of extracurricular activities in school contexts. It also aims to help learners design a yearly plan for an extracurricular activity.
Course Content: 

Formal and non-formal activities in education / implicit program concepts; implicit program related approaches; cognitive and affective domain learning and implicit program; school as a ritual place; school ceremonies as unscheduled activities at school; social, cultural, sports and artistic activities, precaution and management; place and importance of implicit program in values education; values education events (memorial, celebration, meeting, graduation etc.).

Course Methodology: 
1: Lecture, 2: Question-Answer, 3: Problem Solving , 4: Discussion, 5:Demonstration, 6: Group work
