Course Objectives: 
The goal of this course is to inform students about the basic concepts, procedures and practices related to the assessment of language proficiency, and to show alternative performance assessment techniques. The course also aims to enable students to design, implement and evaluate a variety of testing instruments to assess reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and help them design a language proficiency test.
